Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in South Manchester. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in April 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on pupils progress and development.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Experience, Training, and Qualifications
Required:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
Up-to-date knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum
Preferred but not essential:

Recent safeguarding training (can be provided as needed)

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

Have the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references
