Contracts Manager - Roofing | North West

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

I'm looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established roofing contractor. This role is based in the North West, with projects ranging from £100,000 to £2M for clients including Walkers and Pepsico. While most work is in the region, occasional travel further afield is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

* Manage multiple contracts, coordinating resources and subcontractors.

* Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and H&S audits.

* Liaise with clients and site teams to maintain strong relationships.

* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.

* Resolve technical and contractual issues.

Requirements:

* Experience as a Contracts Manager in roofing.

* Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of contract law and H&S compliance.

* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
