Page Personnel are recruiting for fully remote, part time Payroll Coordinator position.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the time and accurate production of payroll for the businesses clients.

Description
Payroll Coordinator duties include:
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, whatsapp & zoom
- Attending regular meetings to check payroll is on track & flag any concerns or actions required
- Managing and coordinator the on-boarding process for new clients
- Collating and processing payroll information from clients
- Dealing with queries via phone & email
- Supporting the finance team in setting up direct debits for new clients
- Process improvement, creation and management
Profile
The successful Payroll Coordinator candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Be able to work fully remotely
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlooks, Word and Excel

A salary of £18,720, fully remote working, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension etc.
