Caretaker

£14 - £16 per hour PAYE

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable, public sector caretaker in the Islington area.

The Role:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of estate grounds and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
• Monitor security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.
• Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Candidate:

• Prior experience in caretaking/cleaning/maintenance work.
• An Enhanced DBS check is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
