Locum Speech and Language Therapist - Independent Specialist Day and residential School

Contract: Locum (Full-time / Part-time considered)

Our private client is seeking a Locum Speech and Language Therapist to support their independent specialist day and residential school in Ormskirk. This school provides education for children aged 5-19 with additional needs, including ASD, SLCN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support students' educational and social development.
• Conduct regular reviews and contribute to the development of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports in line with school and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children with complex needs.
