Our client, a family-run construction company based in Portsmouth, is on the lookout for a motivated and tech-savvy Project Manager who's ready to own this role and help the business scale to new heights. They're specialists in designing, supplying, and installing bespoke canopy structures for schools, leisure spaces and more across the UK. With around 150 fast-paced projects every year, no two days are the same!

What we're looking for: You're organised and love seeing plans come together. You think ahead, streamline processes, and spot opportunities for improvement. Comfortable with IT? Even better - you'll help us digitise how we manage projects. Experience in construction, steel, or engineering is a bonus, but the right attitude matters most.

What you'll be doing: You'll take charge of projects, managing schedules, costs, materials, and suppliers like a pro. You'll be the go-to person for customers, keeping them in the loop and happy at every stage. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, based in the office with occasional customer visits. You'll also be key to growing our maintenance contracts while helping us modernise how we work with new systems.
