Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Air Export Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Staines. The successful candidates will manage the importation process of air freight shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage air freight export shipments from origin to final destination.
Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth cargo handling.
Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any issues or delays.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.Requirements:

Previous experience in air export operations is essential.
Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
