Property Projects Manager – 12 Month Contract

Following successful grown Aria Care are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Property Team working across our portfolio of Care Homes in the UK, we are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month contract and to start as soon as possible.

The Property Projects Manager will provide proactive support to our operational teams within our communities and support office colleagues. This will involve ensuring that our homes are well maintained and presented, fully functional, compliant and safe.

Embedded within the Property Services team you will ensure the effective and timely delivery of all property-related projects. You will manage resources, budgets, and external contractors ensuring all works are undertaken safely, on time and on budget.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a multi-site, property support role, with experience within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of SFG20.
• Extensive knowledge of property construction methods, building fabric and mechanical & electrical services.
• Project management – experience of project managing simultaneous Capex projects.
• Experience in aspects of leading a property function, including resource and budget management.
• Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft products, you will also have a good understanding of CAFM systems and processes.
