Requirements: - Qualifications: Must have UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it
- Academics: Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs)
- Teaching Standards: Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a large team of Drama Teachers
- Feedback: Willingness to listen to and act on feedback
- DBS Check: Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (assistance provided if needed)
Additional Opportunities: - Experienced Teachers: Potential to take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) such as KS3 Coordinator or Pastoral Responsibility
