Costs Paralegal / Law Costs Draftsperson
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Working Available
A highly regarded legal costs practice is seeking a skilled Costs Paralegal / Law Costs Draftsperson to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing indemnity schedules, drafting bills of costs, and providing expert costs guidance to fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling solicitor-to-client costs matters, including advising on client contributions.
• Drafting bills of costs and indemnity schedules.
• Managing fixed costs disputes.
• Preparing points of dispute and replies.
• Providing expert costs advice to fee earners as required.
• Conducting negotiations and liaising with legal teams on cost-related matters.
