Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across various sizes and financial reporting frameworks.
• Play a key role in developing and implementing audit strategies and plans.
• Ensure audit quality with a focus on ethics and compliance.
• Engage in business development activities, including networking, attending, and speaking at internal and external events and conferences, both domestically and internationally.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in audit tenders and proposal preparation.
• Mentor and appraise audit managers and junior staff.
• Support the delivery of departmental budgets for group reporting.
• Assist in monitoring revenue, EBITDA, billing, and operational efficiencies within the audit portfolio.
• Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process.

Candidate Profile:

• Currently at Senior Manager or Director level, seeking progression to RI status.
• Experience with CaseWare audit software is desirable.
• Familiarity with international clients, particularly those expanding into the UK through inward investment.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
