What You Will Do:

Develop Genuine Accessories across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, and Trim.
Ensure the fitment and application of accessories with vehicles, meeting technical, cost, and timing targets.
Support the adoption of accessories for Special Versions (SV) and assist with market/quality enquiries.
Successfully complete design reviews at various stages of development.
Deliver accessories on time against key milestones.
Work autonomously within Engineering standards, with support from technical functions as required.
What You Will Bring:

A Bachelor Honours degree in Engineering.
Experience in Automotive OEM and/or relevant supplier experience.
Proficiency in CAD, preferably NX.
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
Ability to work independently, showing initiative within Engineering standards.
