Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of school facilities across multiple sites.
  • Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Manage budgets and resources related to facilities management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
  • Support the school’s operational needs and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a school facilities or caretaking role.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle, as travel between different school sites is required.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
