Audio Visual Project Manager
£40,000 per annum
Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Peterborough.
As the Audio Visual Project Manager you will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer communications services to clients nationally, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our AV products and solutions according to customer needs.
You will be responsible for bringing together various elements of our Audio-Visual business to deliver the perfect solution to our clients.
The role:
* Working as an effective member of our team to deliver a wide range of solutions at blue chip companies across the UK.
* Attend client meetings to discuss briefs, as well as attending site visits and production meetings.
* Develop and design creative solutions that are suitable to the requirements of each project.
* Prepare accurate quotations, schedules and manage budgets effectively.
* Produce CADs and work with our media team to develop visuals.
* Assist with creating pitch documents.
* Work with our suppliers and manufacturing teams to organise kit prep and logistics in a timely and
* efficient manner.
* Support the client pre-event.
* Manage the kit, install team and transport on site, liaising with the client.
* Ensure that all legislation is complied with regarding H&S and relevant Company policies.
* Work with the wider team to constantly update our market proposition, processes, and creative ideas.
* Continued product education to better service customers.
* Educate customers on product offerings and services at both a technical and functional level.
* Account management of existing customer base, identify new opportunities and business development.
Your skills:
* Advanced knowledge of the AV industry
* Proven track record of managing internal and external relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
* Commercial awareness, for pricing and analysing data
* Strong analytical foundation. Must be able to think through complex deal structures with multiple variables and create new integrated solutions.
* A proven ability to control large and complicated projects, with excellent technical knowledge and experience; experience of or a good understanding of building plans.
* Ability to apply logical and logistical planning methods to the department's requirements.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive under pressure, work to tight deadlines and manage more than one project at a time.
