Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator

Location: Blackburn

Salary: up to £45k

Hours of Work: 40 hours Monday - Friday

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

Our client is a privately owned specialising in domestic retrofit.

Due to significant growth, they now require a level 5 qualified Retrofit Coordinator with proven experience of working within sustainability and retrofit.

Duties

* Oversee the entire project, from inception to final approval.

* Compliance with PAS2035 for all projects.

* Coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.

* Responsibility for health, safety and quality of all project works.

* Site visits as required to review projects and advise installers.

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

* Qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator.

* A full UK driver's licence

* Previous experience in a Retrofit Coordinator role.

* Knowledge of PAS2030, PAS2035 and any subsequent revisions of the Standard.

* Experience of working within the Eco industry.

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent IT skills
