About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a PPA Cover Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Trafford. This long-term role starts in January 2025 and involves delivering pre-planned lessons across year groups, allowing teachers their allocated planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.

This role is perfect for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain experience across multiple year groups in a nurturing and professional environment.

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-set plans across a variety of year groups.
Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff while ensuring high standards of classroom behaviour.
Gain invaluable experience working across different key stages, perfect for developing your teaching career.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to inspire students across the school. You should have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to teach across multiple year groups.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
A willingness to embrace the opportunity to develop professionally in a diverse role.

Eligibility Requirements:

Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or be willing to apply for one).
Provide two professional child-related references.
Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential, as training is provided).
