Role Overview: Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Managers to join one of the leading mortgage intermediary firms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing mortgage applications and ensuring a seamless process for clients from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of mortgage cases, handling each case from initial client contact through to final approval and completion.
  • Review and assess mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address any queries or issues.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on mortgage products, processes, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications.
  • Monitor the progress of each case, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the mortgage application process.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Case Manager or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Proficiency in mortgage processing software and MS Office Suite.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in mortgage advisory or case management are desirable.
