An exciting opportunity has arisen for a great Junior Account Manager to join a growing tech company based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for someone who is personable and switched on to come and join – it is hybrid between 9-6 and offers up to £31k, DOE with some great benefits.WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Speak with clients on the phone and via email
• Onboard and train new clients
• Proactively manage and nurture client relationships to enhance platform usage
• Track and monitor client activity
• Identify opportunities for growth and to increase revenue
• Gather and share client insights to continuously improve service
