Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE £40k-£45k

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Do you have a passion for insurance and building strong client relationships?

Our client is a leading independent insurance broker on the South Coast, covering the entire UK. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking experienced insurance professionals to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Generating new business and fostering long-term client relationships.

* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients receive the coverage they need.

* Managing policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims inquiries.

* Offering expert advice on insurance products and navigating premium financing options.

* Ensuring all activities comply with FCA regulations and company best practices.

In order to be successful as an Insurance Broker, you need to have the following skills/experience:

* Experience in property, SME, or commercial insurance.

* Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail.

* A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering top-notch service.

* The ability to handle claims efficiently, from first notification to settlement.

* Strong communication skills to expertly guide clients through the insurance process.

* Willingness to work towards Cert CII or Cert CII qualified
