Responsibilities:

Managing the nursery's day-to-day operations, ensuring it's a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for both children and staff
Ensuring exceptional care and education for every child, creating exciting activities and experiences that promote learning through play
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering their development and maintaining a positive workplace culture
Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider communityKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A qualified early years professional (Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education)
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing a nursery or similar setting
A natural communicator who's passionate about supporting children's development and making a real difference in their lives
