Job Title:Site Manager

Thorn Baker's Award-Winning client is looking for a Site Manager to join their team working on Lincoln football club and building the turnstiles. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company which has a proven track record of delivering successful projects up to £20m in value, withnearly 70 years' experience across the UK. The project will kick off on 29th July 2024!

£290 - £310 per daydepending on experience

Your Responsibilities:

Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Required Skills:

Experience on a similar type of project required.
SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Workare essential.
Full UK Driving License required.
Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership preferred.
