Panel Beater 

Location: Sheffield 

Hours: 42.5 Monday to Friday ONLY

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year

A skilled and experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician is required to join a state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone with ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) who thrives in a fast-paced accident repair centre.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications, using the latest tools and techniques. The workshop is modern and fully equipped with cutting-edge technology to support efficient and high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities for Panel Beater / Panel Technician :

Perform high-quality accident repairs, ensuring work meets manufacturer and customer standards
Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and structural parts
Use welding equipment, dent pullers, and filler techniques for panel repairs
Align body panels and parts for assembly and ensure a perfect fit
Work efficiently within a team to meet deadlines and production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Stay up to date with modern vehicle repair techniques and industry standards
Requirements for Panel Beater / Panel Technician :

Recognised apprenticeship in Panel Beating or Vehicle Body Repair
NVQ Level 3 / VCQ / SVQ / ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification
Previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician in a busy body shop
Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques, including heavy and minor crash repairs
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
Self-motivated team player with a focus on customer satisfaction and bonus targets
