Duties will include:
* Dealing with and resolving customer queries
* Logging and processing orders
* Liaising with external logistics teams
* Maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times
* Dealing with after care sales service
* Covering reception duties
* Maintaining CRM database
Previous administrative experience is essential. The successful candidate must be a confident communicator and be comfortable using the telephone on a frequent basis
