• Provide expert financial advice to the business
• Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform cost and scenario analysis
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline finance procedures
• Engage with stakeholders to understand financial needs
• Support business growth by identifying financial risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
• Experience in a similar role, focusing on P&L analysis as well as cost management
• Assist with budgeting and planning across the business
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Assist with project work to support non-finance teams
