Leader Health and Social Care is recruiting on behalf of a client launching a brand-new Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16+. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a service dedicated to empowering and supporting vulnerable young people to achieve brighter futures.
About the RoleAs the OFSTED Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality care and support. You'll work closely with experienced Directors and a Consultant to complete the registration process and oversee the service's successful launch.
What We're Looking For- Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare or a similar relevant qualification.
- Experience:
- Proven track record as an OFSTED Registered Manager or senior leadership experience in a regulated children's service.
- Expertise in managing supported accommodation or residential care services for young people.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding practices.
- Familiarity with local authorities in Lancashire, Manchester, or Merseyside is desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with professionals, young people, and external stakeholders.
