Page Personnel is recruiting a Project Manager to work within the social care sector. This role can be based anywhere in the UK, but you have to be able to come to a meeting in London once per month.

They work to bring significant change within social care, an area that has massive steps forward to make. They are an amazing organisation with funding from the department of health. They aim and are succeeding in helping to bring real change to adult and child social care system.
Description
The role will report into the Head of Innovation. You will work to run a small project team of 6-7. You will be responsible for budget management, designing workshops. stake holder management, liaising with the department of health and advising on how to redesign social care. This is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2025, but very likely to extend.
Profile
You will:
- Have worked in social care, either as a project manager or social worker and have made the move across
- Have a solid understanding of the social care sector
- Understand what it is like to work in an ever changing role
- Be confident liaising with senior stakeholders and advocating for example in the department for health
- Have excellent communication skills
Job Offer
£42,000, 25 days holidays. pension, hybrid working, Must travel to London once per month, occasional travel to other parts of the UK, but otherwise totally remote role so you can be based anywhere.
