Qualified Year 3 Teacher - About the Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to your class, ensuring that every student's academic and social development is supported. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons across the curriculum, in line with the national standards

* Supporting students in reaching their academic potential while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of each child

* Monitoring and tracking student progress, reporting on achievement and development

* Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure students receive the best possible support

* Promoting the personal and social development of your class and creating a nurturing classroom atmosphere

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience in primary education, strong classroom management skills, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. A proactive approach to teaching and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students is essential.
