Day Shift (4on4off)
Having undergone significant growth our client are seeking to recruit a Factory Quality Leader to the team to maintain their clear focus on quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

Your role will be diverse and cover day to day support to the production teams ensuring product quality & safety
You'll support internal and external auditing processes and play an important role in the development of quality systems as well as involvement in continuous improvement activity
Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, in addition to training, coaching & mentoring on both existing and new standards
Your experience:

You will have experience of operating in a Quality or Technical role within the food industry
A working knowledge of BRC and HACCP is important
You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality standards to customers and consumers alike.
We are seeking an individual with a practical and positive outlook to develop the function and promote effective quality practices throughout the business.
HACCP Level 4 would be desirable
