Senior Resident Services Manager - London

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resident Services Manager to oversee multiple residential schemes in London. This role is perfect for an experienced property professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality resident services.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Resident Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing onsite operations across multiple residential communities. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain financial and operational performance, and foster a thriving community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Resident Services Team (RST) to deliver excellent front-line service to residents.
  • Develop and implement strategic customer service plans based on resident feedback and service standards.
  • Manage the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Oversee financial performance, including net rent, operational expenditure, and budgetary control.
  • Provide guidance and support to onsite teams, ensuring high standards of property management and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and building maintenance.
  • Organize and manage resident events, and support ongoing community engagement efforts.
  • Produce and analyze performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvements where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous management experience in residential property management, or a similar field, is essential.
  • IRPM Level 4 qualification is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, including repairs, maintenance, and health & safety requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act.
