A well-established architectural practice is looking for an Architectural Job Runner to join its Manchester studio. With over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality projects, this award-winning firm has grown into a team of circa 80 talented professionals. Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential).
Overseeing site progress, problem-solving, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
Managing project teams and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.Requirements:

Revit proficiency is essential, candidates must be confident working in a BIM environment.
Strong experience in running projects independently.
Knowledge of the UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
Previous healthcare sector experience would be beneficial.
