Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections and surveys, assessing the condition and compliance of buildings

* Prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades

* Manage and advise on building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental impact

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects run smoothly

* Provide expert advice on building design, refurbishment, and maintenance

What We're Looking For:

* Qualifications: Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent (RICS accredited preferred)

* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in building surveying or related field

* Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills

* Personal Qualities: Professional, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
