Technical Estimator

A leading mechanical contractor who've been completing design, installation and maintenance for over 40 years, within the air conditioning market. Have a key requirement for a Technical Estimator due to a rapidly expanding portfolio. If you are looking to come off the tools or are an experienced Estimator with the ambition to progress this maybe the role for you.

The Successful Technical Estimator will be:

Technical Estimator will send enquiries to manufacturers and sub-contractors via emails and/or obtain quotations via email or telephone
Technical Estimator will keep enquiries' status updated within the tender review document (value, dates, contact point etc),
Technical Estimator will print and/ or send for printing the tender drawings and other tender documents
Technical Estimator will file and organise the above documents
Technical Estimator to have the ability to understand BOQ's and Drawings for take off
Technical Estimator will benefit from a basic salary of £40k-£45k dependent on experience + 25 days holiday plus BH + your birthday off + after a successful probation period they will also offer hybrid workingThe successful Technical Estimator would have:

Technical Estimator will have experience producing accurate and detailed cost proposals
Technical Estimator will have a good knowledge of water chillers
Technical Estimator will need to have strong IT skills, including but not limited to Excel and Word
Technical Estimator will be a commutable distance of Shepperton
Technical Estimator will have worked in FM Hard services sectorTechnical Estimator will benefit from a basic salary of £40k-£45k dependent on experience + 25 days holiday plus BH + your birthday off + after a successful probation period they will also offer hybrid working
