Essential skills and experience

**5 Years UK Residency**
5 years' experience in Payroll processes
2-3 years of Oracle system experience
Public sector experience
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to deliver instructor-led classroom training in person and virtually using Teams
Knowledge of the learning cycle and different learning styles
Demonstrate a range of delivery skills using the agreed learning and development methods and approaches
Classroom management
Knowledge of learning delivery techniques (e.g. coaching, mentoring, e- learning, face to face etc)
Knowledge of assessment methods (level 1 & 2 Kirckpatrick
