Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sea/ocean freight shipments, including documentation and compliance.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport carriers.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle operational issues.

Requirements:

Experience in sea/ocean freight operations.
Strong understanding of freight documentation and customs requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
