Title: Junior Air Quality Consultant

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £25-30k

We are looking for a Junior Air Quality Consultant to join a well-established environmental consultancy. The consultancy offers a wide range of services in Air Quality, Odour, Dust, Noise, and Vibration across various projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, and industrial-scale projects. The main office is located in Birmingham, with projects extending throughout the United Kingdom.

The main responsibilities of the Junior Air Quality Consultant include conducting air quality and dust surveys, creating and running noise models using various data sets and standards, and analysing data to make calculations and predictions. The role also involves preparing reports that include figures and presenting data. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables.

To be suitable for the Junior Air Quality Consultant position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and/or a Master's degree in Air Quality or Air Pollution, with associate membership in IAQM being advantageous. Strong numerical skills and some experience in the Air Quality sector are highly beneficial. A full driver's licence and local to or near to Birmingham are essential.
