We are currently working with a multi discipline contractor who are looking to add a Roofing Project Manager to the Roofing Division following a sucsessful year of company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, manage, and oversee the delivery of industrial roofing projects from inception to completion.

* Develop project programmes and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

* Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficiency and productivity across sites.

* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

* Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Prepare, review, and implement risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).

* Monitor installation work to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.

* Attend project meetings, provide updates, and resolve any issues or concerns.

* Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, labour allocation, costs, and variations.

Skills and Experience:

* Strong knowledge of industrial roofing systems, including flat roofing, pitched roofing, metal systems, single-ply, felt, cladding, and guttering.

* Familiarity with industry standards, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

* Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management within industrial or commercial roofing.

* Proven experience managing multiple projects.

* Demonstrable experience in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
