We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking for a skilled Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer to work in their welding machine workshop.

About this role:

• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Working hours 08:00am- 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in electric and engine-driven welding and cutting equipment
• Inspect machines when they return from hire to check for any faults.
• Prepare machines to be ready for hire, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Ensure all safety standards are adhered to while performing maintenance and repairs
• Work closely with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in welding, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• Experience with welding equipment and cutting tools is highly desirable
• Agricultural experience would be considered an additional advantage
• Forklift engineering experience is also a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
