Do you enjoy making a difference in young pupil's lives?Academics have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a Full Time basis in a large school in Newport with a supportive SLT team.

Key requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

Support a student on a 1:1 basis who has additional learning needs.
Support the classroom teacher in the delivery of materials
Monitor your students' progress and academic development to liaise with teachers and the pupil's parents.

What do we need from you?

Experience working in a classroom setting
Experience working with Additional Learning Needs
An Enhanced DBS and registration with the EWC (We can assist you with the process).
