Are you a qualified finance professional looking for a leadership role in a global manufacturing business? Our client, an international producer of niche products, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead their financial strategy and operations.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will be challenged with ensuring all parties across the business are reliably informed and coached on the key finance information for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Ensure full compliance with IFRS and relevant financial regulations

Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management

Drive business performance, cost efficiency, and profitability

Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

ACA or CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent)

Strong experience in financial leadership within manufacturing

Expertise in IFRS and financial compliance

Proven ability to influence and drive strategic decision-making

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
