Preparing Management Accounts for 4 business entities within the Group.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Co-ordinate all key finance functions for the business and oversee an Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper.
Implementing effective strategies to enhance profitability and financial performance.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Analysing financial data and making informed predictions for the company's future.
Advising on investment opportunities and cost-saving measures.
Some involvement in the co-ordination of Payroll, Facilities Management and HRProfile

A successful Finance Manager should have:
