Residential Care Home Manager

Location: Hull, UK

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + £10,000 salary bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Large residential care home in Hull, providing high-quality residential and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in a supportive and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate a team to deliver person-centred care.

* Ensure CQC compliance and maintain high care standards.

* Develop and review individual care plans.

* Manage budgets and operational resources efficiently.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

* Promote the home locally to maintain occupancy levels.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager in a residential care home setting.

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and budget management skills.

* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference.
