M&E Shift Technician - Tottenham Court Road - £49,000

Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

* Maintain and repair; AC/DC supply, UPS system, Back up generators, LV tasks, electrical compliance etc.

* Maintain and repair; Pumps, motors, LTHW (Low-Temperature Hot Water), HTHW (High-Temperature Hot Water), VAV's, CCU's and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units.

* Troubleshoot M&E/building maintenance issues and implement solutions efficiently.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Shift Technician or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.

* Familiarity with Mechanical/HVAC equipment

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, but professional environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering

* 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including days and nights
