We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, particularly within sales departments handling complex orders and high-pressure demands.

Your Role:

As the Sales Support Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.

What You'll Do:

* Generate and manage customer documentation, reports, and orders.

* Process and update orders using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

* Conduct follow-up calls with customers, maintaining up-to-date information in the system.

* Support and collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to meet sales objectives.

* Serve as an additional communication point for customers, enhancing their experience.

* Assist with Pre-Sales queries, pricing, and complex quoting processes.

* Monitor and manage third-party renewals, providing timely status updates.

* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

* Create and manage Pre-Sales requests and related activities.

* Assist with tenders, questionnaires, and registration processes.

* Manage travel bookings, hotels, and expenses for the sales team.

About You:

* 5+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or sales coordination role ideally within a technology services or IT solutions environment.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Strong time management and organisational skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient in IT with extensive experience using various CRM systems.
