About the Role:

As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers the chance to play a key part in the company's strategic financial planning and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy in all financial records
Oversee the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership
Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Assist with tax filings, VAT returns, and other regulatory requirements
Support external audit processes and provide key documentation
Lead initiatives for process improvement within the finance department About You:

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified
Experience: Previous experience in a similar financial accounting role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software (ERP systems advantageous)
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and precision
