They are keen to recruit an experienced Head of Talent & Learning & Development to join their team. Ideal candidates:
  • Serve as the primary leader in guiding enterprise-wide talent practices across the global enterprise.
  • This pivotal role encompasses crucial functions such as performance management, succession planning, learning and development, leadership development, early careers development, organisational capability building and the employee engagement process.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership and HR business partners, you will make immediate and substantial impacts on both the front line, leadership and the Company as a whole.
The role:
  • Will be able to lead the development and delivery of performance management and talent development methods and processes, aligning them with the business objectives and values.
  • Performance Management and Leadership Framework
  • Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organisation's leadership and performance management framework
  • Have Stakeholder Engagement experience 
  • Partnership Development: having partnered relationships with senior executives throughout an organisation, building credibility and trust to provide high-quality guidance and support.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategy for a significant area of responsibility, anticipating challenges and opportunities to drive organisational success.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing employees.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive talent development framework and infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Ideally hold a CIPD qualification and L & D qualification
