We're looking for a Technical Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, keeping high-speed production machinery running smoothly. You'll play a key role in reactive and planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement—help achieve top engineering standards.

The Role:

Planned & reactive maintenance on high-speed machinery

Diagnosing & resolving faults to minimise downtime

Supporting root cause analysis & continuous improvement initiatives

Assisting with project work & new equipment installations

Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

What You Need:

✔ Experience as a Maintenance or Technical Engineer

✔ Relevant engineering qualification

✔ Multi-skilled (mechanical & electrical preferred)

✔ Food/FMCG manufacturing experience (desirable, not essential)

✔ PLC fault-finding experience (bonus, but not required)

✔ Strong problem-solving & fault diagnosis skills
