Area to be covered: London (inside the M25)Remuneration: £60,000 + 20% bonus

Benefits: Electric company car & full comprehensive benefits packageThe role of Specification Sales Manager - Wetrooms & Showering Systems will involve:

• Specification sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured specialist building boards and wetroom panelling and bathroom systems for commercial and domestic application
• All of your time will be spent generating specifications
• 60% through architects & interiors designers
• 40% to housebuilders
• Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over £1.6m
• Projects can range from £5k - £400k+ depending on size and project type
• Typical projects would include: restaurants, hotels, spa, leisure centre, football clubs, high rise buildings etc
• Liaising with the internal technical sales team regarding specification writing
• Buddy systems with dedicated distribution rep

The ideal applicant will be Specification Sales Manager - Wetrooms & Showering Systems with:

• Must have specification sales experience
• Must have sold an interior building products such as: building boards, wetrooms, tiles, partitions, sanitaryware, bathroom products, bathroom systems, acoustics, drainage systems etc
• Ideally won specifications with both A&D and housebuilders (however would consider either or)
• Hungry, driven and enthusiastic about interior building products
