About the role: Are you an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to inspire young minds and make a real difference in education? In this dynamic role, you'll lead small group sessions, cover lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and support class teachers in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum. You'll play a pivotal part in enhancing pupil progress, providing targeted support to children with additional learning needs, and fostering their confidence and independence.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead learning activities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers, covering KS1 and KS2 curricula.
• Support diverse learners: Work one-on-one and in small groups to support students with varying needs, ensuring every child can thrive.
• Assist in assessment: Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster inclusivity: Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
• Contribute to school life: Participate in assemblies, after-school clubs, and events that enrich the school community.
