Communicate with customers and clients using emails, calls and social media to demonstrate services we provide
Oversee the typing

About You

Be comfortable taking calls and communicating with positive telephone etiquette
Be able to take ownership of customers under your remit and maintain trustworthy relationships
Be able to display product and industry knowledge to customers
