Our client, who are a leading offshore law firm, are seeking a dedicated Viewpoint Analyst to join their Corporate Administration team in Southampton. In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Cayman-based team, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into Viewpoint for new incorporations, registrations, and updates. You’ll also be responsible for liaising with various internal departments and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

• Experience with Viewpoint is preferrable. If you have experience with alternative data inputting software, please do also get in touch.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A professional, ethical approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
• A team player who can manage pressure and deadlines and adapt well to change.
